A successful factual entertainment production company are looking for an experienced Executive Producer to take on a brand-new reality dating format, which will be filming abroad later this summer.

You need to have reality in your blood, as well as proven experienced of setting up and running a complicated fixed rig shoot.    Editorially sound, and understanding the tone, you will be confident overseeing a big team, and also be technically competent, with a hands-on approach to handle all the challenges of a first series…

Ideally we are looking for an Executive Producer that can commit to full time for the duration of pre-production, shoot and edit, but due to the specific nature of the job spec, we will consider a more part time arrangement if you have other commitments, as this skillset is vital.
