WDT are looking for an experienced Researcher with a journalistic background, for an exciting new series that takes an entertaining but investigative look at food current affairs stories. This is a high profile, presenter led series which will tackle topical issues in detail.
The Researcher role involves sourcing the stories; and getting to grips with the science and issues around the food that we eat. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for a popular and engaging story that’s news worthy, and warrants further investigation, as well an interest in food current affairs.
This is a role that involves both story researching and supporting the team on the shoots once the series starts filming, so as well as research and briefing skills, shoot experience is a requirement.
