Technical Producer (Live OB)
This online e sports and streaming production outfit are looking for an experienced Technical Producer to join their team in the new year for a series of live music shows, streaming from the UK, and other European countries.
The streams are currently running at three per week with further territories being launched in the new year, and feature local artists performing live, and a hosted Q&A session. The Technical Producer reports into the Series Producer, supporting the roll out of the show to each individual market. The main focus of the Technical Producer is managing the Series Broadcast Provider.
With that in mind, WDT are looking for an experienced Producer with a back ground of working across live and pre recorded studio and OB shows. You will be familiar with working in a live streaming environment, and be very comfortable managing 3rd party tech suppliers. This is a busy gig, so multi tasking, whilst being across the various regional outputs is important. You will be managing a small team, and working with the various editorial teams to develop ideas and concepts to keep the streams current. You will also be supporting the Series Produer as and when with client management. Fluent English, and knowledge of the platform Twitch would be beneficial.
This role is for 7 weeks, starting the first week of January 2021, with a view to extend as the series is rolled out to other territories. If this sounds like your background, and you are available full time, from January, please apply below…
