DV Director with or without iVisa for doc filming in USA

WDT are working with a leading docs company to identify experienced DV Directors/ Shooting Producers, for contracts with various start dates throughout the year.

These roles will be working on Brinkworth’s, ‘Accused: Innocent or Guilty’ series, which films on location in America and goes out on A&E.

The role involves working in a small shooting PD and DV Director team, to follow the story of an individual who has been accused of a serious crime – right through to the outcome of their trial. We are keen to hear from brilliant shooters, with lots of experience shooting documentary, who can follow the series style to confidently self-shoot a beautiful-looking episode directed by the PD. Experience of working with sensitive contributors in an unpredictable setting and good organisational skills are also a requirement for this role.

The contract requires you to be out in the USA for between 6 – 8 consecutive weeks, we would however consider applications for shorter filming periods.

If you already have an iVisa, all the better but we will consider those who don’t also.
